Yoga Village® offers a 3 and 5 days meditation retreat with an extensive and varied program in which the red guideline meditation supported by/combined with movement & bodywork.

During our retreat we will experience different kind of meditation methods (Osho active meditations, passive & receptive techniques) combined with bodywork and dance/healing movements to get away from the hectic pace of daily life routines and to find a more loving relationship with ourselves and our surounding.

This all will be done in an experimental, playful and joyous manner/way.
PROGRAMME
3 or 5 days (arrival at least one day before, on sunday; in the evening there wil be an introduction which is compulsory for all participants)

Content: Meditations supported by bodywork, massage, Chi Kung, dance/healing & expressive movements and other non-verbal methods.

What is meditation? Meditation is a powerful way to re-align our inner peace, to deal with stress and tension and also helps to make contact with ourself and to be with whatever there is in the here and now.
Meditation is a pure experience to being in the present moment, without the body or the mind. It is a natural state, but often we are unaware of how we can achieve this state. Meditation techniques and methods are tools with which an inner opportunity is created that makes it easier to get away from the hectic pace of life and makes it easier to align our inner peace and deal with thoughts and emotions.
Certificate registered by Yoga Alliance USA/Canada. Students who are certified from our school will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher).
